Hi! I'm heatherp and I love food and I love eating. I'm trying to eat healthy. I work full time and go to graduate school at night. My life is work and school with little time for exercise. This is my attempt at gaining some accountability for my eating habits. I have a nutritionist who helps me learn about how I use food, how eating sugar triggers my body to crave more, how carbs have a calming effect when I'm stressed, and all about portion control. Sooooo, why do I need this blog? Because, I don't do what she tells me to do or eat what she tells me to eat. I know enough to know that if I don't change something, nothing's going to change. I plan to share my trials, tribulations and, of course, my victories.
