Half marathon?

I've been bitching about my hip...for how long now? Well, I'm still hopeful that I can run a half marathon this fall. So hopeful, in fact, that I'm signed up for one in October! Yeah, my registration for the B.A.A. Half Marathon was accepted.

Maybe I'm crazy. Maybe I should not have signed up. Maybe I'll end up getting rid of my number.

Back to this hip though. Right now, I'm allowed to do 15 minutes on the elliptical. If I can complete 2 days of 15 minutes without pain during or after, I can add 10 minutes. I can add 10 minutes each time I can complete 2 days without pain. OK, so I'll be moving super slowly back into running. For right now, I'll take what I can get. For right now, I'm doing what I can to keep moving toward my goal of running a half marathon!

If you remember, I've been having a rough time finding a plain Greek yogurt that I like. Well, I think I found one!
